THIS IS US

Mike and Barbara have 30 years worth of experience in Estate and Property Management, dealing with a variety of residential and recreational scenarios. They have also spent 18 years as part time residents of North Idaho and understand the unique concerns and duties that come with owning a second home. Now that they are full time residents of Bonner County, they are part of the fabric that makes up this community and could not be happier to be spending this final chapter in their favorite place on earth. They have just finished building their dream home in the mountains and look forward to hiking with the dogs, snowshoeing, fishing, exploring off road and fully enjoying this beautiful area.

Mike has over 30 years worth of experience in Marine Management including dock building/installation and competition ski boat renovation/driving. He has 30 plus years experience in Handyman services and has worked on small remodel projects as well as new builds. He also operates Full Circle Productions, where he provides sound engineering services for live music and related events. He thrives on being able to creatively solve problems while making a positive impact in the world at the same time.

Barbara has spent her entire adult life in service to others, with a volunteer history that spans 35 years. She is a self trained home chef that has taken supplemental cooking lessons in Belize and Cambodia and has worked as a chef on yachts as well as a sous chef in fine dining. Having worked in the service industry she excels in understanding the customers needs and ensuring that those needs are met. She spent 5 years heading a nonprofit in which she was directly responsible for managing not only the company, but the volunteers, public and all events needs. She has also spent several years working directly with the elderly as a Life Enrichment Manager, again managing staff, volunteers, the program itself and all events needs. Understanding and organizing people are her strengths and creating environments where everyone thrives is her passion.

They have spent a lifetime in love, honing their own personal skills as well as ones together. They are looking forward to using those skills and experiences to help others better enjoy their time in this amazing place!
